All scrplay2 users must be 21 years of age or older. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
Each person may hold only one scrplay2 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to immediate suspension and balance forfeiture.
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals at scrplay2 are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion applies.
By registering or using scrplay2, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the scrplay2 platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, customer support interactions, and financial transactions. This Agreement supersedes all prior representations, warranties, or communications, whether oral or written.

1.3 In the event of a conflict between a translated version of these Terms & Conditions and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for or use any scrplay2 service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. scrplay2 may request documentary proof of age at any time. If it is determined that a User is under 21, their account will be immediately and permanently suspended, all pending bets voided, and any deposited funds returned via the original payment method.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using scrplay2 is lawful in your jurisdiction. scrplay2 does not warrant that the platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. You access scrplay2 of your own volition and at your own risk.
2.3 One Account Rule. Each individual may hold only one (1) active scrplay2 account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. scrplay2 reserves the right to suspend all related accounts and forfeit any associated balances in the event of detected duplicate account creation.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update this information if it changes. scrplay2 may require identity verification documents (including government-issued identification and proof of address) at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your scrplay2 login credentials. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You agree to notify scrplay2 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.1 You are responsible for all transactions, bets, and communications made through your scrplay2 account. scrplay2 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.
3.2 You agree not to transfer, sell, or allow any third party to use your scrplay2 account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
3.3 scrplay2 may suspend or close any account at its discretion if it reasonably believes that account activity poses a risk of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
4.1 Accepted Methods. scrplay2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is MYR 30. scrplay2 reserves the right to revise minimum deposit amounts at any time with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering checks. scrplay2 targets withdrawal processing within 5 to 30 minutes for eWallet methods and within 30 minutes for bank transfers during banking hours, but does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe.
4.4 Own Payment Methods. You may only deposit from, and withdraw to, payment accounts or methods registered in your own name. Third-party payment on behalf of another person is prohibited. Violation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
4.5 Chargebacks. Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or chargeback a deposit made to scrplay2 will be treated as a material breach of this Agreement. scrplay2 reserves the right to suspend your account, recover amounts subject to chargeback, and pursue all available legal remedies.
5.1 All bets placed on scrplay2 are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product (Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, E-Sports, Lucky Dice). In case of conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that product.
5.2 scrplay2 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a palpable error, system malfunction, or data feed error, and to refund the stake. A "palpable error" includes, but is not limited to, clearly incorrect odds or lines that deviate materially from the market at the time of placement.
5.3 All live casino game outcomes are generated by physical actions of live dealers and are final once the betting round closes. Slot and RNG game outcomes are governed by certified random number generator software. scrplay2 does not manipulate, adjust, or otherwise influence game outcomes after a bet is accepted.
5.4 In the event of a disconnect or technical interruption during a game round, scrplay2 will resolve the round in accordance with the relevant game rules and available server-side records. In cases where a round cannot be resolved, the stake will be refunded.
6.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by scrplay2 are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of this Agreement by reference.
6.2 Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are fully met.
6.3 scrplay2 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or void any bonus or promotion at its discretion if it detects abuse, coordinated betting patterns, or other conduct designed to unfairly exploit promotional terms.
6.4 Withdrawing real-money funds prior to fulfilling bonus wagering requirements will forfeit any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the scrplay2 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

8.1 scrplay2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from within your account settings and via the 24/7 support team.
8.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. scrplay2 will make reasonable efforts to enforce exclusions across the platform.

9.1 All content on the scrplay2 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and user interface elements — is the property of scrplay2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the scrplay2 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, scrape, frame, republish, or commercially exploit any content from the scrplay2 platform.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, scrplay2 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
10.2 scrplay2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 scrplay2 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.1 scrplay2 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering for a scrplay2 account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
11.2 scrplay2 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own commercial purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies as required by law or these Terms & Conditions.
12.1 scrplay2 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the scrplay2 website and, where possible, by notification to registered users. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance.
12.2 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under scrplay2's international gaming authority licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall first be submitted to scrplay2's internal complaints resolution process.
13.2 Complaints may be submitted to scrplay2 via the 24/7 live chat support channel. scrplay2 commits to acknowledging complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days for standard complaints.
